This was our first experience with Troy O’Brien, and we’ll definitely be back. We needed to resize one (complicated) ring and refurbish another. The customer facing service was excellent, talked us through our options, then conducted the agreed work quickly and to a very high quality. I now have rings that look as beautiful as the day we purchased them decades ago! So so happy.

Contacted Troy with a tight deadline due to my my own procrastination. But he promised it could happen in the timeframe and was very helpful in our communications.
Not only did he make an amazing piece for my wife, but it arrived 5 days early!
